What areas do you cover?
We're based in Brighton & Hove and work across the wider South East of England. If you're not sure whether your property is in range, send us the postcode with your enquiry and we'll tell you straight away.
Do you actually do all these trades yourselves?
Capstone manages every job from quote to completion. Some work is carried out by the team directly; the rest is done by tradespeople we know personally and have worked with for years. Either way, one point of contact plans the job and stands behind the result.
How much does a quote cost?
Nothing. Quotes are free. You'll get a written quote that sets out the work and the cost before anything is booked in.
How quickly can you start?
It depends on the size of the job and how busy we are, but we respond to enquiries quickly and give you realistic dates — not optimistic ones we can't hit. Urgent maintenance is prioritised.
What do I get when the work is finished?
An invoice, photos of the completed job, and certification wherever a job requires it. Nothing to chase.
Do you work with landlords and letting agents?
Yes. A lot of our work is for landlords, property managers and agents who need reliable trades, fast turnarounds and a clean paper trail for every job. There's a dedicated page for that.
Can you help with just a small job?
Yes. Property maintenance and smaller repairs are a core part of what we do, not an afterthought.
