Discuss the job
We talk it through, and visit the property where it's needed, so the scope is clear before anyone commits to anything.

Quote
You get a written quote that sets out the work and the cost. Clear scope, no vague lines, nothing hidden for later.

Book the work
Once you're happy, we schedule the job, line up the right trades and confirm the dates with you.

Complete & document
The work is carried out and checked, then you get an invoice, photos of the finished job and any certification it needs.

Follow up
We check in after completion. If something isn't right, we come back and put it right.
