What we collect
When you use the quote form we collect the details you enter — your name, email, phone number, the property location, what you need help with, and any photos you choose to upload. Our server also records the time of the enquiry and basic technical information such as your IP address, to help prevent spam.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you go on to book. We don't use it for marketing and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Where it goes
Enquiries are emailed to info@capstonecontractors.co.uk and stored in our own database so we don't lose track of them. Email and hosting are handled by standard service providers acting on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the job and our normal business records, then remove them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
